Rental process
The essentials for choosing, reserving, receiving and returning your pieces.
Browse the collection and make a list of the items you love. Once you have a vision, send us your selections, date, location, and number of guests, and we’ll check availability and prepare a quote. We specialize in events of 100 people or fewer, but can accommodate larger gatherings with appropriate notice. We’re also happy to work directly with your event planner or venue.
Rentals are priced per piece, with details in the collection. There is a $1,000 minimum for all rental orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and your rental is not confirmed until it is received. The balance is due seven days before the event. A 10% refundable deposit for breakage or loss is included in the quote; breakage or loss is charged at replacement cost.
Delivery and pickup are $200 within Litchfield County; outside the county, the cost varies by distance. The standard rental period is 48–72 hours, beginning at delivery and ending with pickup one to two days after your event. For a Saturday event, items are typically delivered Friday and picked up Sunday or Monday.
Our vintage collection includes only high-quality brands such as Limoges, Wedgewood, Spode, and Noritake. Because of the size and location of our inventory, specific patterns cannot be selected for mixed collections. Every piece in the collection has been hand-picked with careful consideration.
Our collection is filled with beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, so we recommend reserving as early as possible once your venue is booked. If you have a last-minute request or change, we’ll do our best to accommodate it and keep your event memorable and stress-free.
